Wallpaper Your World is not responsible for any merchandise not picked up within 30 days of delivery.

Depending on if your order has shipped or not, there may be a restocking fee and return freight.  

IF YOUR ORDER HAS NOT SHIPPED:

Cancel Order Request can be made using this form or by email.  Please note that request received  from 12 pm to 4:30 pm eastern time Wednesdays through Fridays, can be processed the same day. Request received outside those times will be processed during our normal business hours.  


IF YOUR ORDER HAS SHIPPED OR BEEN DELIVERED:

Orders are considered shipped once a tracking number has been issued by the mill. Wallpaper Your World only accepts returns on unopened and uncut rolls of wallpaper.  All sales become final after 30 days.  All returns (except damaged or defective merchandise) with the manufacture's approval, are subject to a restocking fee up to 35%, plus return shipping. Wallpaper Your World is not responsible for miscalculations resulting in overages or shortages of wallpaper.  Depending on the manurfacture or mill, order may not be able to drop ship directly to you.

The images and descriptions of wallpaper may vary from the actual product. Memo samples of all wallpapers are available to order and are highly suggested. Customer will be responsible for shipping cost for all returns of undamaged wallpaper.
