Shipping policy


UNITED STATES, TERRITORIES, & APO

 

Order will be processed within 3-5 business days of order day. You will be notified of any backorders within 3-5 business days after placing an order.

Shipping times are estimates once your order has shipped. Free Shipping and UPS Ground shipping, are processed in 3-5 business days. UPS 3rd day, UPS 2nd Day, & UPS Next Day, if order is placed by 12pm EST/EDT, are processed and shipped the same business day, excluding holidays and weekends.

Wallpaper samples are sent via USPS and could take up to 10 business day to arrive. Samples are not available to some international customers.

SHIPPING RATES ARE AS FOLLOWS:

Free shipping applies to most orders $300+ before discounts. Wallpaper ships directly from our mills or our showroom.

Shipping times are estimates once your order has shipped. Free Shipping and UPS Ground shipping, are processed in 3-5 business days. UPS 3rd day, UPS 2nd Day, & UPS Next Day, if order is placed by 12pm EST/EDT, are processed and shipped the same business day, excluding holidays and weekends. Sample order may take up to 10 business days to arrive.

 PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE FOLLOWING:

  • Wallpaper Your World offers Ground, UPS 3 Day, UPS 2 Day, and Overnight shipping to the continental US, Alaska, and Hawaii. 2 Day and Overnight shipping may not be available on all items.
  • All US orders shipped via UPS Ground, will be shipped 3 - 5 business day from order date; unless items are backordered.
  • Expedited shipping does not deliver on weekends, so overnight delivery orders placed after 12pm EST on Thursdays will not be delivered until Monday.  Every attempt to delivery expedited orders by advertised times/day will be made, but cannot be guaranteed.
  • Shipments to a United States territories (ex. Puerto Rico) or APO addresses will be sent via “Best Way,” offered in the Shipping methods. Free Ground Shipping not available for territories or APO addresses.
  • Murals and wallpaper items may ship separately from your order. You may receive multiple shipping notifications and tracking numbers if these items are purchased. This should not affect the transit time unless any of the items are on backorder.
  • Please factor weekends or holidays into your expected arrival date when choosing expedited shipping options.
  • We do not recommend delivery to a hotel or other temporary residence due to possible delivery delays, losses, or complications. We can only guarantee delivery to permanent residential or business addresses at this time.

ABOUT PREORDERS AND BACKORDERS

If a product on our website is currently backordered, that means we are waiting for it to arrive in stock. All dates provided are estimated, and actual arrival dates may vary. If a backordered product is included in your order, we will hold your backordered product until it can be completed, and ship any currently available products.

While we do our best to keep customers informed of backorders or items with low inventory, sometimes our products sell so fast that it's hard to keep up! If you're concerned about an item's expected arrival date, feel free to email us before placing your order.
