Welcome to the online store operated by J Poles Interiors Inc., doing business as Wallpaper Your World (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By visiting our Site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access the Site or use our services.

1. Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this Site. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your access to our services.

2. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (excluding credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the service without express written permission from us.

3. Products and Services

All products offered on the Site are finished goods produced by third-party manufacturers and suppliers with whom we maintain authorized accounts. We are licensed and authorized to sell copyrighted products offered through our Site.

At this time, our Site does not offer custom or made-to-order products; however, we reserve the right to introduce custom or made-to-order offerings in the future, which may be subject to additional terms, lead times, and restrictions.

In addition to wallpaper, murals, and wallpaper borders, we offer curated home goods through J Poles Home, including vintage, antique, and special-find items. These items are sold as-is and are final sale.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to discontinue products at any time without notice.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies in pricing, descriptions, or availability, even after an order has been submitted.

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed, unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout. If credit card payments are accepted, applicable processing fees will be disclosed prior to completion of purchase.

5. Orders, Acceptance, and Cancellations

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities, inaccuracies in product information, or suspected fraud.

Once an order has been submitted to the manufacturer, shipped from the manufacturer, or shipped from our showroom, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

6. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

Shipping and delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, manufacturers, or events beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier, unless otherwise required by law.

Inspection and Damage Claims

Customers are responsible for inspecting all merchandise immediately upon delivery to confirm quantities, pattern, and condition.

  • Any wallpaper that arrives damaged or with concealed damage must be reported to us within fifteen (15) days of the delivery date.

  • Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in denial of a replacement or refund.

  • After thirty (30) days from the delivery date, all items become non-returnable and non-refundable, regardless of condition.

Please retain all packaging materials until inspection is complete, as carriers may require them to process a claim.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Our return and refund policies form part of these Terms and are strictly enforced to reduce errors, misuse, and chargebacks.

Wallpaper, Murals, and Borders

  • Wallpaper, murals, and borders may only be returned if authorized in advance and subject to manufacturer approval.

  • All returned wallpaper must be unopened, uncut, unused, and in original condition. Opened or cut rolls are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

  • Commercial wallpaper and “In stock or ShowroomClearance Sales” items are non-returnable.

  • Certain manufacturers do not allow returns, including but not limited to: Mind the Gap, Sancar Wallcoverings, Designers Guild, Sanderson, Harlequin, and Osborne & Little. Orders placed for these brands are final sale.

Restocking Fees and Freight

Once an order is considered shipped from the manufacturer and/or from our showroom, approved returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee. Return freight and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from any approved refund.

Dye Lots and Quantities

Wallpaper is produced in dye lots, and variations may occur between production runs. While customers may request a specific dye lot, we cannot guarantee dye lot matching. We will make every reasonable effort to order the same dye lot when requested; however, placing multiple or delayed orders may result in variations. We strongly recommend ordering sufficient quantity at the time of purchase.

J Poles Home – Final Sale Items

Items curated by J Poles Home, including vintage, antique, and special-find items, are sold as-is, are non-returnable, and are final sale.

Customers must inspect J Poles Home items immediately upon delivery. Any shipping-related damage must be reported within fifteen (15) days of the delivery date. Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in denial of a claim. Cosmetic wear consistent with age, vintage condition, or prior use is not considered damage.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, less applicable restocking fees, freight charges, and processing fees.

8. Accuracy of Information

We strive to ensure that all information on the Site is accurate and current; however, we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content is error-free, complete, or current. We reserve the right to correct errors and to update information at any time without prior notice.

9. Third-Party Tools and Links

We may provide access to third-party tools or links over which we have no control. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Use of third-party tools is at your own risk.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, and designs, is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our intellectual property without prior written consent.

11. User Comments and Feedback

If you submit comments, reviews, or other content, you grant us the right to use, edit, copy, publish, and distribute such content without restriction. You agree that your submissions will not violate any third-party rights or contain unlawful, abusive, or offensive material.

All products and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, except where prohibited by law.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or third-party rights.
