Wallpaper orders may ship from the manufacturer or our showroom. Processing and shipping times vary by brand and availability. Backorder dates are estimates. Tracking information will be emailed when your order ships.
Return eligibility varies by product and manufacturer. All returns require prior authorization and manufacturer approval. Opened, cut, installed, commercial, custom, and designated final-sale items are not eligible for return. Approved returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee and return freight. Review our full Return & Cancellation Policy before ordering.
We recommend ordering a sample before purchasing wallpaper, when available. Samples may take up to 10 business days to arrive.
Inspect your order immediately upon delivery and before cutting, installation, or use. Report shipping damage within 15 days of delivery. Review the full policy for deadlines and exclusions.
