Shipping + Returns
Wallpaper orders may ship from the manufacturer or our showroom. Processing and shipping times vary by brand and availability. Backorder dates are estimates. Tracking information will be emailed when your order ships.
Double-roll wallpaper may be eligible for return only with prior authorization and manufacturer approval. Rolls must be unopened, uncut, unused, and in original condition. Approved returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee and return freight. Other final-sale exclusions in our Return & Cancellation Policy still apply.
We recommend ordering a sample before purchasing wallpaper, when available. Samples may take up to 10 business days to arrive.
Inspect your order immediately upon delivery and before cutting, installation, or use. Report shipping damage within 15 days of delivery. Review the full policy for deadlines and exclusions.
